New Case Study from Tassl Demonstrates +400% Increase in Alumni Engagement

Tassl, a leading constituent engagement software company, today released an update from a university study done this fall. The results demonstrated a material increase in alumni participation, interaction and engagement during the key homecoming weekend.  This study follows the 2018 roll-out and concluded testing at some of the leading universities and professional organizations.


About the Case Study: This fall St. Cloud State University celebrated its revitalization of Homecoming and deployed Tassl technology solutions that help measure engagement and track event registrations for homecoming activities. The key performance indicator chosen was participation in events throughout homecoming weekend.  Specific targets were set that would determine a successful weekend and results far exceeded expectations.

“It was very easy for us to build our online event registration pages that could be accessed from a desktop or mobile device. We were able to have event registration live in only a few minutes and generate reports as we proceeded through the weekend,” says John Brown, Associate Director of Alumni Relations at St. Cloud State  “RSVPs to events increased an incredible 486% and we even had to put a cap on specific events to stay within fire code. Needless to say, our Homecoming Weekend was a big success,” said Brown.
